By road
The usual route runs via Nashik and Dhule on the Agra–Mumbai road, into Madhya Pradesh past Sendhwa, then to Dhamnod and the last 13–15 km to Maheshwar. Start early, break at Nashik, and avoid the ghat sections after dark. Check live navigation before you go.
By train
The Avantika Express runs overnight between Mumbai and Indore. Arrive in the morning, have breakfast, and drive to Maheshwar by late morning. Book a taxi in advance or ask us to arrange a pickup.
